Our Story
Two crops. One obsession.
Nestled beneath a stand of towering Karri trees in Western Australia, The Faraway Farm grows two of the world's most prized foods — creamy Hass Avocados and earthy Tuber Melanosporum Truffles.
Every Avocado is harvested by hand at the right moment for optimal ripeness. Every Truffle is hunted at dawn by sniffer dogs, followed by farmers who carfully excavate around the truffle and recover it. No shortcuts, no middlemen — great produce , sold direct.

Hass Avocados Our 1500 Hass Avocados are grown in rich Western Australian soil, harvested from November to January for peak ripeness.

Tuber Melanosporum Truffles Our 5500 English-French oak orchard, inoculated with tuber melanosporum, is hunted each winter starting in June and ending in August.
